In the summer of 2020 Michelle was able to find tenants for our three bedroom house in Clapham North who have been ideal. Also, in April 2021 she found tenants for our four bedroom house on the Blenheim Gardens estate who have just moved in and seem perfect. In both cases Michelle was in competition with a high street estate agent who are very good, but in both instances Michelle pipped them to the post. Michelle is very dedicated, easy to work with and it's a pleasure doing business with her. We'll be asking her to let our other properties in the future.

Michelle is friendly and professional and she went above and beyond helping me rent out my 3 bed flat in Clapham during this Summer and Covid.
The market was really quiet and Michelle made sure she was trying every option including roomshare sites, social media, along with the traditional methods she normally uses as well as her network of prospective tenants and contacts.
It took 2 months but Michelle found me the perfect tenants and I'm glad I stayed with FlatIron properties. Not only are Michelle's rates much lower than the big property companies you also get really personal care and attention from her that you just won't get from big organisations. Its really important to support our small local businesses at this time during Covid!
