I’ve been in London for 7 years and I can tell when a rent agency is good I deal with two ppl Jack and Josh both very friendly and with a good flow of communication! I was looking for a studio i contacted them and following my visit the next day I had the key in my pocket ready to move! I sent all my papers by email to Josh and payment by bank transfer! So I can say they trustful. Josh is a busy Boss but you can feel that it will make everything to satisfy you he will always communicate with you & you will come out of his office with a smile! Josh from F&H helped me find a flat in Dalston - he let us move in sooner than the landlord initially wanted because our old tenancy came to an end. Any issue that I had was responded quickly and when it came to moving out Josh was really helpful. I have now left the property and the deposit is in process this has also been sorted quickly, any deductions were discussed and completely fair. This is my first time renting a property as a foreign student and I was anxious about it due to previous experience with another Estate agents messing me around, always check google reviews! I inquired a beautiful property I found on Zoopla, and not long after I contacted Josh to arrange a viewing. We exchanged emails and the day after, the viewing was booked. We spoke a while about why I want to move, what i'm looking for in a property and how soon I would be ready to move. On the day of viewing the property I was delighted to be greeted by a warm, friendly face. Josh showed me around, chatting away about the property and what it has to offer me. I already felt confident knowing the property was perfectly presented just like the pictures! So right away I told Josh I would be very interested. I felt reassured after hearing about the landlord accepting to rent this property to a fair price. The next day Josh sent me forms to complete. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, gave me the nudges we needed to ensure I would fill the forms and get all the details in smooth timing to ensure my placement was help for the property. I cannot thank him enough for all his help, always a pleasure to talk to and so understanding and helpful. He even ordered a new bed which was very comfortable. I will be recommending to my friends and family, so they will receive the help and guidance from the lovely Josh! I couldn't be happier with the process!

Josh was absolutely brilliant! I rang up on Tuesday at 11:15am; arranged a viewing for 12:30pm; and by 1pm I had decided to take the place. Josh told me everything I needed to do to get references in, and even cancelled the other viewings. I put the deposit down on Friday morning after my references had been accepted Thursday evening, and met the landlord, signed the contract and took the keys on Sunday! Josh was speedy in responding to any emails or texts, and even rang me up on Friday to let me know a bit more about the landlord and what to expect on Sunday. What's more, he even rang on Sunday to check how it all went. I could not have asked for a more attentive or thorough person to guide me through the process; thank you Josh! I'd thoroughly recommend to anybody.
