I have been with this Landlord for over 3 years and was really satisfied with their service. Generally responsive and quick acting upon any maintenance issue and unlike many agencies in London, working with rather than against you. Would choose them again in the future if I was looking.

I had a good experience with Flats & Studios during my tenancy and they were quite good in attending to urgent repairs and taking actions once reported. Maintenance of the flats and communal areas should be improved as well as ensuring that a regular cleaning service is carried out.

Adam is extremely professional, always responds to email's, and is very kind and understanding during these unprecedented and unpredictable times. Having rented in London for 15 years, it's not often that I would rate a rental agency or landlord highly - especially not across the board! Adam and the team are an exception. Despite managing many properties, their service feels as personalised as having a sole, private landlord. My flat was central, affordable, and well-finished. As a grad student, I didn't think it was possible to avoid flat-shares. Flats & Studios made it possible for me to live alone in comfortable accommodation close to my work. I never had the need to ask for repairs, but other small issues were dealt with immediately. An email never went unanswered. Adam is always friendly and professional to deal with. The rental process went very smoothly, and they were happy to accommodate my need to move at very short notice. My deposit was returned just as rapidly. I hope to deal with Flats & Studios should I move again!

Can’t fault the service we’ve been provided by flats and studios. They have consistently gone above and beyond, responding to queries extremely fast and any issues within our property are sorted within a day or so max. On top of this they’re all lovely people and we would highly recommend to anyone.

Very quick to solve issues, e.g. a smelly drain, heating issue, door lock jammed etc. Indoor and outdoor shared space cleaned, although some indoor areas needed more attention. Good quality of appliances in flat and very safe building with smoke alarms, safe doors and locks etc. Adam was very good in providing some new items of furniture that I didn't have. Overall a good experience - I would have stayed if it weren't for a change in circumstances.
