This was my first time letting my own property rather than house-sharing- I worked with Hesham from Fortess, who was extremely helpful, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. I felt that I could trust the information that he was providing me, and was reliable when there were initial issues with the move-in-- he went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as planned. Really strongly recommend asking for Hesham if you're looking at Fortess Homes, really great estate agent and will work with him if I have to move again in the future!

Abdul got mattresses replaced and fixes done when we reported them. He also was honest regarding deposits and arranging with the move out inspection. Only problem could be slow answers to emails (although this is compensated by being very helpful when calling on his phone) Overall, a huge change from the usually dishonest landlords you'll find in London, highly recommend.
