I contacted Foxtons to find tenants for my flat, and was first met by Sophie who valued and managed the letting start to finish. Very quickly we had loads of viewings booked, many before the property was even online. Viewing agents were friendly and courteous, emphatic to our needs, as we lived there and worked from home, did their best to work around our schedules and keeping in contact with me so we knew when to expect them. Tenants were secured in about 2 weeks and agreements drawn up in a matter of days. All in all, very happy with the experience. Chris Pearson and Foxtons Balham did an outstanding job selling our property recently and we could not recommend them high enough. This is the 3rd time we have used this office and the experience keeps getting better and better. Chris and his team go above and beyond anything you could ever expect with an estate agent and do an impeccable job in all aspects. We could always reach them, nothing is too much trouble, they are reliable, dependable, very honest and incredibly experienced in what they are doing, and within our area. We had enormous problems with freeholders and solicitors and Chris was the one driving the sale over the line to the point where our own solicitor said there is no way the sale would have gone through without Chris and Foxtons managing the process. We genuinely love working with Chris, Dominic, their teams and Foxtons in general as the whole process is managed for you, in the most professional manner, to the highest standards, in order to achieve the best for each of their clients. They are the premium real estate agent in our area and when we have to deal with other estate agents I cant believe the level of incompetency and blasé attitude, plus you can never reach who you need to speak to. This is the opposite to what you get with Chris and his team who genuinely care about your business and keep you posted with all steps at all times, but with the stress removed, just expertly managing the process. From our experience, these guys are the best you can get.

From the get go, Giorgia was warm and friendly, making every effort to get to know exactly what we were looking for. I viewed a number of properties with Akua but my strict criteria on "box ticking" was not quite achieved. After having one of the worst possible introductions to Foxtons with this branch, two of the lettings girls completely turned the experience around for me! My first contact with this branch I basically went an hour out of my way, waited for half an hour in the office, just to be told that the 2 guys who could've shown me properties weren't coming at all to show me anything, and then took another hour to get back home. Massive time wasters!! HOWEVER, a few weeks later my wife found another property that was being let by these guys and reluctantly I decided to go see it. I was obviously very short with them over the phone and just wanted to get down to business. When I got there I was greeted with a smiley agent who was extremely professional and super friendly and informative, who ended up showing me 3 great properties instead of just one. The lettings manager who then assisted was just as friendly and professional and had such great knowledge of the area, it made me a little more trusting! After agreeing to let a property and finishing up the paperwork, both ladies stood up with smiles and friendly waves as I left Might not seem like much but it made a big difference how these two awesome ladies handled the whole situation. Being a newcomer to London, I wanted to explore south London and met with agent Matthew Cameron. Being from New York, I've met plenty of untrustworthy estate agents in my experience. However, Matthew was nothing like that- he was up front and honest about all the apartments, and showed me such a variety of apartments so he could better understand my needs, and he even mapped out the distance for every apartment to my office. He was also extremely efficient, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes so you can keep up with him! Highly recommended.
