I had the pleasure of dealing with Morgen and Matthew today - I kid you not, I had a call in the morning to discuss an ideal property for me based on my parameters - and by 3pm the entire deal was completed and I had got through the tenancy agreement, all docs signed and in order and effectively my dream place sorted within hours. We recently looked for another rental property with Earlesfield Foxtons with the lovely Laura. We had previously used Foxtons 3 times and have found the moving process so so so much easier with them. Laura showed us round several properties and she was always very considerate of our needs in a property. It’s great being able to trust an agent to know they have your best interests at heart and will do their upmost to get something for you to call home. Laura did so with a smile and we found ourselves laughing through the process of finding our property. Foxtons fees are slightly higher to other London agencies but it’s worth it for the premium service.

We got along very well with him and developed a good rapport. The process of exchange and completion was a bit arduous but Rupert was constantly keeping us updated on proceedings. When was tried again we gave the other estate agent a chance again and still nothing. In early December we started speaking to Foxtons. We couldn't understand whytey charged so much more, but now we do. They got or flat online just before Christmas, we knew there would be no viewings over that period, but we're reasurred by Foxtons that people are looking online. Within the first week of January we had a viewing and then an offer. So quick and professional were our agents. Fantastic service - would recommend to the world. Buying a house is not easy. It involves in liaising with various professionals, having patients, persistence to push forward when things doesn't go with the flow, chasing people up, and most importantly, belief in each other. The same applied for us too. My mother and I was seeking to purchase a flat to live in London for a few years. We no exaggeration, we had visited over 15 different estate agencies but still had no luck considering our budget and circumstances. Like magic, Foxtons was the last estate agency we had scheduled. This is where we met Imran; the man who brought us to where we are now. We did not have a strong budget nor under good circumstances. However, whenever there was a problem, Imran knew already how and where to find a suitable remedy. There had been many times where we nearly gave up, but we were in luck to be working with the right selection of professionals. Jack Rowe and the accompanying team did a great job of taking our requirements and translating this into a list of properties for us to take a look at. From a style perspective we felt there was a genuine degree of personal service and although the process is clearly one of a well oiled engine with defined procedures at no point did we feel we were part of a real estate sales and selling meat grinder. The transition from offer to the final exchange of agreements took some time but it was all in-line with our expectations and at appropriate steps in the process we had communication from Foxtons in Earlsfield to ensure that everything was moving along at a good pace. I have nothing but great things to say about the Foxton's team in Earlsfield. I've sold two flats through them now in the past 5 years. Each time, within 2 weeks. Key to that success was their ability to get a large volume of the right people through the door quickly to view the flats. It was the attention to detail which I was impressed with too. On one occasion, we weren't expecting any viewings that day and we were out of the flat at work. A last minute viewing opportunity came up but the flat wasn't looking its best. The agent took it upon himself to clean away the mess and make it look perfect. We sold the flat that day. Use them. They know how to sell houses, fast!
