Sophie Levin from Fulham Broadway Office assisted me on the purchase of my property. To say she did an excellent work would be an underestimation. She assisted me all the way from start to completion. Making sure I understood all the steps necessary to finish the process in an efficient and caring manner. Calling me regularly to check how I was doing. Even stepping in when my conveyancer did not clarify properly what I had to do. Calling my conveyancer on my behalf. Checking with the Council, the seller's conveyancer... Giving me moral support when, again, my lawyer made things more complicated causing me some distress. Which is, again, saying very little as I was a very green and finicky first time buyer. She was the peaks when my lawyer was the troughs. That is way beyond what anyone would expect from a real state agent/sales negotiator. I had, still have, so good impression and experience with Sophie that I would almost do it all again. And I said almost as she helped me buy the perfect flat for me. So thank you Sophie. Thank you very much.
