I had an extremely pleasant experience with Foxtons Shoreditch, specifically Shanice who helped me land a property in lightning speed! I spent a couple of months in a rut struggling to find a good property that fits our budget and needs, but with Shanice everything happened super fast and smooth! Contrary to what you typically hear about letting agents in London, I had a phenomenal experience with Shanice-Chanel and could not recommend her enough. I am a (surprised) Foxtons convert. My initial thought process: surely if your property is on Rightmove it doesn't matter who the estate agent is? Well, we tested that for 5 months with another of the industry leading agents (who fees were less than half) and had three prospective buyers come through our doors in that entire time. With no progress being made we switched to Foxtons on the advice of our neighbour. We're glad we did. Within a week we had two viewings.. Within 8 weeks we had several more and a full cash offer. Can't speak highly enough of the Foxtons team! Frieda and Adele in the Shoreditch and Angel teams were absolutely brilliant in helping my girlfriend and I find a bunch of properties that fitted perfectly within our spec, budget and location requirements. I initially came into contact with Austin when he replied to one of my requests about a property in Bow. He rang me and we had a good conversation about my requirements and the sorts of things that were important to me in my search. I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and was also able to use Foxtons extensive network of properties to also show me several other places in Hackney as well. In contrast, when I have spoken to other Estate Agency firms they have been much more rigid in only showing me places in a certain area and referring me to their other branches to see other places which is much less convenient for me as the end user. Austin always provided me with an exceptional customer service experience, checking in with me personally as required. I felt confident in his recommendations and genuinely believe he had my best interest in mind (again which is something that differentiates my experience from some other competitors). Communication was always easy and convenient (via email, phone and the Foxtons alerts) which helped keep me apace with the market developments. I was traveling to London on business and needed a flat for 6 months to a years time frame. I contacted Foxtons in Shoreditch to begin a search for me. I worked with two gentlemen Paul Declerck and Joe Hornby. My time frame to find a flat was less than a month as I was in the United States. Both Paul and Joe couldn’t of been more professional. Found a great flat at a reasonable price, helped with setting up accounts etc. Due to a family health issue here in the US, I had to cancel my business trip at the last minute. They were very understanding and had the flat let in a weeks time which saved me from losing quite a lot of money. Lastly, they even took the router I had ordered to the post office for me to return to the internet company. Outstanding service and I would recommend without hesitation their services.

Where do I start? I'm absolutely blown away from the beginning! They've got it nailed, their service, professionalism and knowledge are flawless!! When I was trying to find who I should go with, I found Foxton and a few others. I chose Foxton and another agency and despite the fact that I found them to be more expensive compared to the others, boy was I in for a surprise! They say you pay for what you get, every penny was worth it with Foxton!! Oli is the sales manager who visited, advised and reassured me of the market situation and what I needed to do in my flat to improve and achieve the full asking price - he was spot on!! It doesn't end here. As everyone knows selling a flat or house, to say the least is stressful. For me everything depended on a speedy sale and on top of it I needed a cash buyer. They found many potential buyers in no time and did their due diligence, this is very important to ensure the buyer is genuinely interested in purchasing the property and would not pull out at the last minute. They helped me every step of the way, advised me about the best options and risks and how to mitigate them. Oli not only achieved the full asking price, he went above and beyond expectation. At one point I was put under so much pressure from the other estate agent, who unlike him did not put my concerns and worries first. I was able to contact Oli at 1.30am while he was on leave and he advised and reassured me on what to do. If it wasn't for him, my family and I would not have our dream come true. I will never forget what he has done for me and my family. Whenever I spoke to him, he would put a smile on my face, take all the stress away. Foxton have a gem!! I have never met such a wonderful person. Behind the scenes there is a wonderful team under Oli who also kept me and all parties informed and updated and chased progress with the solicitors. This is an equally important part of the process as the stress was heightened due to unfortunate delays beyond our control. Great support from Marco, Ollie, Austin What should have been a fairly quick purchase became drawn out due to Covid, lockdowns, and mortgage processing times etc. This was my first purchase so I was especially anxious. I would particularly single out Joanna who is doing a fantastic job managing my flat, despite facing a lot of hassle, well beyond new tenants syndrome. This is quite a contrast to my ongoing battle with the previous agent. What Joanna has done is to have acted as if she was me and I cannot ask for more that that. On top of the usual new tenancy teething problems, she took ownership of a tricky problem of a water leak in another flat, affecting my flat and the one below. She has spoken to whoever it takes to get it sorted, without setting boundaries about what is and isn't her responsibility, and keeping me updated all the while. Lettings also did a terrific job. When there was a really tricky mismatch in moving-in dates, caused by the previous agent. What could have turned into a full blown drama was handled by Esin and Laima with professional calm that soothed what must have been my obvious anxiety. I am perplexed by some of the other negative comments here. What I really like, from my experience so far, is that the team is solution oriented and doesn't hide beyond boundaries of responsibilities. They just get it sorted ...and there has been plenty to sort so far, so I am grateful.

Out of which, I picked the strongest candidates. I must point out that just prior to contacting Foxtons, their competitors had not found us a tenant in three months!!! Foxtons process (submitting personal data, signing theTA, submitting gas certificate, ect.) is easily accessable online and it is well explained all along the way. This was particularly handy for me, as I am based in Australia. Daniel has been professional, proactive and responsive. At times he could, peraps, be considered a bit pushie, but justifiable considering he got us a good result in record time. I'd highly recomend them.
