She followed up on my search items promptly, and I was particularly impressed by the background work she put in to research flats for me, e.g. with regards to Wi-Fi provider plans — an important requirement for me. She was very helpful with multiple viewings, and even when I had to go back to a flat to double check on items I had missed the first time around. She was also great at providing me with very good options that I hadn’t even considered based on the parameters of my search.
