Both were fantastic, always on hand to help and guide us. Their communication was clear and honest throughout so we understood and felt very comfortable with all aspects of the transaction. I'm Sam Harraway's applicant and I have to say what an amazing job Sam has done. Samuel helped me to find a rental property in this very busy period of holidays during a strong rental growth across London. His listening ability is outstanding! He delivered everything I asked for, all aspects of my property requirements from the safe location I requested to the perfect finish of the apartment. He remembered the little details that I liked and disliked about rental properties. I would also like to bring out how hard working Sam is as on the day I called he was very busy and fully booked, but he found time to include me in his busy schedule. Samuel informed me regularly about new properties for rent that were appearing on the market. He was very patient, he could advise well and highlight the good advantages of the property, but still leave the decisions for me to make. He was always well prepared, presented a lot of information about the properties and the location. Always professional, focused on work, giving me full attention when showing me real estate and offering me time to make a decision, never using the phone in my company. I have dealt with a lot of agents when looking for a rental property, who often overrated the advantages of flats in order to attract an offer. Sam has never done this, which is very respectable. He presented a first-class service throughout the process and definitely saved me a couple of weeks (and a hotel stay in case I didn't find a place to live). Samuel's customer service was quick, efficient, responsive and thorough. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sarah at Foxtons St Johns Wood; she was one of the only letting agents who ACTUALLY listened to my search criteria and was able to find the right property matches for my taste. I initially subscribed to two of the smaller estate agents in St. John's Wood expecting a personalised service. I guess I assumed that Foxtons would be commercialised and impersonal due to its size. I decided to try Foxtons out only because I had seen a property they had advertised after much frustration with the smaller estate agents who seemed to consistently steer me into 'liking what they had' as opposed to 'finding what I want'. This is honestly the best Estate Agents office if ever come across, and believe me I've visited a few...I honestly had lost faith in estate agents but then I met Anita, our lettings negotiator. However, she understood what we were looking for so well and so fast that we ended up putting a deposit for an apartment on the second day of our search!!. We recently bought a property in W9 via Foxtons in St Johns wood and I would like to thank Sonya for all her help throughout the buying process. We were unfortunate on the first property we found as after the offer was accepted the seller disappeared. However Sonya manged to find us another property which we completed in September last year.I would highly recommend Sonya to anyone looking to buy a property - one thing that we did like about her was that she was not pushy at all like some of the other sales negotiators who i had experience in dealing with at Foxtons although they were at other branches. One thing that we were disappointed about was the letting side of Foxtons. We bought our property with tenants and Foxtons was the managing agent. Having bought our property we decided not to continue with the letting services of Foxtons. We were surprised they had no clue that the owners of the property had changed after we completed our purchase and it was painful and time consuming to get all the paperwork processed to take over the tenancy.

I worked with agent Alessandro Lombardo from the St John's Wood branch. He listened to my requirements and efficiently took me around five or six properties (including one wild card) within the allocated two hours.
