Foxtons Temple Fortune Estates offer an efficient and quick service. Antonia was great at seeking out properties of interest for me and ensured I was kept up to date with everything throughout the process. Although I did not end up buying a property with Foxtons, I would highly recommend Antonia as she goes beyond her duty to ensure that i'm happy with my purchase. Management on the other hand, was perceived rather 'threatening' when I wanted to withdraw my reservation. Understanding that everyone has targets to reach, this could have been dealt in a more professional manner. Other than that, my experience was positive!

Refeena made my house hunting with Foxton into a joyful experience, especially when the market was very competitive for a 1-bedroom place. Before we connected, I had already viewed several properties with other real estate agents, but they were often not listening to my requirements and the rents were over my budget. Refeena heard and acknowledged my standards. We viewed two properties within my budget, and I successfully found the house I envisioned myself to live in for the next 1.5 years. The whole referencing process afterwards was stress-free because I profoundly believed that she had the best interest to support my application and was frequently updating me on the progress, often outside of working hours to accommodate my availability. If you are looking to rent a property, I would not recommend a betterestate agent.

I recently got a new job in London and quickly found that Foxtons had one of the best average reviews as an Estate Agents in the city. I liaised with Rafeena in the Temple Fortune branch who was very friendly and helpful in suggesting areas where I could live as I am not from England so I didn't know the NW area of London at all. After organising some viewings Rafeena kindly went above and beyond and showed me other properties that met my criteria which I hadnt formally booked to view. In the end, the Apartment I chose was one that wasnt on my viewing list but one extra that she showed me and I really liked as it was a 15min walk from work, in a new development with bonuses such as gym and internet. During the whole tenancy progress Rafeena was transparent and communicative, acting as the point of contact with the Landlord. I am now one week moved in with no issues and I am happy with the service she and Foxtons provided. Also, there were some changes I requested to be made to the Tenancy Agreement which was of no hassle or bother to do, and it has given me the trust and confidence to use them again as a Lettings Agent.

Personally, I have always had difficulties moving houses when it comes to dealing with agents, especially in a busy place like London. Most agents i have come across, tends to shrug off other vital things required by tenants, and focus of the monetary aspects (as they believe there are lots of tenants on the queue, if you don't pay the required fee, next tenant will pay). I have always see all housing agents that way, but Uche has really proved me wrong. She is a friendly and dedicated professional, right from the first viewing, to moving into the flat. She's helped handled all the stress and kept us informed on regular basis, as we went about our busy schedule. she tirelessly kept the the constant communication going between us and the landlord in terms of negotiations. Even when there were delays in providing some documentations from our side, Uche was so patient and still guided us on other options that made the process faster and stress free. Flat hunting - (Lettings) I had the misfortune of leaving it very last minute to find a place. We approached the Foxtons in Temple Fortune wanting some assistance to speed up the online grind of searching, calling, confirming and travelling around to properties. Silvana a Lettings agent from Foxton's was our agent. Silvana has the most outgoing and friendly personality a lettings agent could have. She was bundles of entertainment for my son who bounces off of all walls! In all fairness the first set of properties we went to see were out of the range we wanted to be paying however we realised factoring in central heating or water for instance makes a huge difference in being able to agree higher prices. Trusting your agent to show you the right properties also is a big factor. I was effectively punching under the belt to get something cheaper when in fact a little extra goes a long way in the lettings market. In my particular experience I had some bad luck with a Landlords insurance providing issues for one of the parties involved. Silvana didn't stray away from this if anything she involved the lettings Manager Dean and they both picked up gears to get us a place as time was the key. This is my personal thank you to both Silvana and Dean, they went above and beyond to help us and done perhaps more than you would expect from a typical lettings agent. This is my second time letting with Foxton's and won't be my last. A special mention to Dean who facilitated the hard parts directly with Landlords and also communicated information back to me without me having to chase endlessly. Dean is an example of pure a customer focused leader. He's on the floor with the agents getting involved and supporting his team as well as assisting the ugly parts of lettings. He definitely was the key to my current tenancy. PS I was very surprised Dean even responded out of hours and appears to not have any days off 😁 Thank you for everything guys.
