What I appreciated was the speed that these guys work at, within 48 hours I had video tours of properties and could make an offer. There was a hiccup with my initial choice, but I was very happy with the resolution. Austin Walker is truly a credit to Foxtons because he takes his job seriously and treats the client courteously and although he might not respond to your texts immediately he will certainly get back to you the same day -this quality in an Estate agent is very important especially the client is going through a series of setbacks owing to his buyer not fulfilling certain conditions thereby threatening to sabotage the sale. To leave the client in limbo under such circumstances ignoring his attempts to make contact is not the correct way to go about the business of an Sales negotiator. I wish him all the best.

I would highly recommend hiring with the team at Foxtons Wood Green. Shamila and Shaina helped us find a short-term let for our flat really quickly when we were struggling to find tenants. We hadn't even considered short-term lets, so this was a great additional option. Their communication is excellent - answering questions and keeping us up to date during and outside of office hours, over the phone, email and whatsapp. They also went out of their way to make things easy for us, small things like fitting new lightbulbs and getting keys cut, which would have been tricky for us but was no trouble for them.
