To be honest, I have never expect myself to encounter a local tenancy company this kind and professional for my first renting experience in London. They are really nice and the service is always good and timely. Especially Rebekah Hunter, the Senior Property Manager. She helped me a lot during the tenancy, including all the payment records and house maintenance issues. Also, a huge thank to Alex who helped me pay the rent and contact his colleagues to help my accommodation problems.

We recently sold our flat in Bloomsbury through Frank Harris (Ian Clark and Trevor Banbury). We initially tried online but had limited interest, and as it has been a slow market (autumn 2018 - winter 2018/19) we were advised to go with an agent who could drum up more viewings and promote our flat to buyers looking in neighbouring areas who might otherwise have missed it (e.g. Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia). We had some insider info that Frank Harris had generated the most sales in the area in the previous 6 months, and they also have offices in the neighbouring areas, so we went with them. They were indeed able to generate more viewings and get us over the line, albeit we dropped the price in order to secure a property we liked elsewhere, and ultimately lost out on that as my buyer's solicitors were very slow. Their fees and lock in period were as good as any other agent with a physical premises. I would recommend if you are local.
