He was very helpful when we were viewing properties and reliably fast in coming back with information when it was requested of him. I have used Frank Harris once before to find me a flat and found them to be professional throughout. It was for this reason that I opted to use them again when I needed to relocate to South Bank. My expectations then were understandably high this time around. I was very surprised therefore to find my expectations not just met but exceeded. In spades. Nicole (Forgive me but I can't recall her surname) was a real pleasure to work with from the start.
