Tanzila Arefin is managing the property that we are renting through Franklin James exceptionally well. She responds to our requests via email very promptly, contacts our landlords or someone from the repair team as soon as we request it, cost and stress-free. Therefore, she shows professionalism, care and diligence in every interaction that we have had. Her respectful, professional and efficient way of working has made us feel very safe, comfortable and feel like this is our first 'adult house' since we moved to the UK years ago, but without having to deal with repairs ourselves. We will definitely recommend you to ask for her if you are looking for a property with Franklin James.

Franklyn James provides exceptional customer care and service. Antony Cope helped me find my home and unlike other letting agencies / agents where you'll receive listings that don't match your preferences at all, Antony took the time to listen and only send me listings that were a great fit. I am so appreciative of how much time he helped me save, and for the home he helped me find. After signing an agreement, Gary Atkins became my main POC for all property management queries and for 2 years, he has been the very best. His communication and attention to details are unmatched. No matter the time of day or year, he made himself available to help – being very responsive and maintaining expectations well for both the landlord and myself. Responsive and speedy! I used Franklyn James to purchase a property, all communications were clear and extremely timely from Khoa our estate agent. I would highly recommend them and was really happy with their service. The only improvement I think could be made is on the completion side- as a first time buyer or anyone purchasing a property it's a HUGE achievement and often very exciting. When I went to get the keys they were handed over in an envelope through the doorway of the estate agent and it just felt a little bit of an anticlimax for such a hugely exciting life event. I'm not expecting all bells and whistles by any means but if there was something Franklyn James could do to some how make their customers feel valued and special at this point it would probably help with retaining them in the future.
