I contacted Costa through their Spare room account and he set up a viewing for me in few minutes.
They dont charge any fees, you will have a cleaner to clean the communal areas every week, and if you call them regarding to any issue you experiencing they will deal with it very quick.
If you come for a short time in London, if you want to settle down in London, Fulham Rentals is the right choice!

Before moved in I've been told everything I need to know including deposit and deposit protection, which is not refundable and professional cleaning. So by the time I signed a contract I already knew what I can expect. I think it's very professional as I don't have to worry about any extra or hidden fees. Also while I've been living in their property I always could relay on them, if something was broken or wasn't working, they would fix it as soon as possible. And not like other company's. Had very nice and clean room which is really hard to find in London. I will definitely rent again when I will be back in London for work.
