Absolutely outstanding service. My purchase was not straightforward and Summer went way above and beyond to get answers from the sellers solicitors, to keep things moving and keep me updated. Finding the perfect flat to rent is normally a nightmare but Billy at Galloways was the best agent I have ever dealt with (and I’ve dealt with a lot) he is incredibly polite and will not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure you get the property of your dreams in a seamless and stress free journey. Having dealt with many estate agents over the time I was searching for my first property, I have to say that Sarah has been great. Unlike the youngsters in flash suits, flash cars and saturated in cologne, Sarah provided an experienced and mature approach which was very reassuring given the stressful nature of the whole process. She gives a sense of humanity and genuine care for the individuals involved when most other agents give the impression of being rather unscrupulous. The process was incredibly stressful due in most part to my solicitors' incompetence but Sarah was always on hand - even when she had some personal matters to attend to and quite justifiably could have not been available - and went above and beyond to support and advise each step of the way. I certainly would recommend Sarah and Golloways as being the humane estate agent in an industry marred by duplicity.

Having never sold a house before I did some research on the estate agents in the Pengelly area. I was unsure whether to use Galloways as they were a new company.....or so I thought. Turns out they have been going for decades and have another branch in West Norwood. They were extremely professional and knowledgable and stood head and shoulders above the other agents that I visited in their approach to selling my house.
