M. T.I have been renting with Gardiner for around 10 years now. I have always found them to be professional, understanding, and approachable.
Over the years we have had a number of things to sort together around the property, contracts, certificates, etc.. They have always been polite and never intrusive. If we had differing views on anything we could always come to reasonable agreement.
It is silly to assume that you won't have any problems to solve when renting or letting your property, so from experience I can confidently say that your ideal estate agent is someone like the team at Gardiner: ready and able to help when you need it, and work with you at all times.
