I couldn't recommend Orchards of London enough. We just purchased a flat through them, using their recommended mortgage broker Shoaib Arshad from Paul Alexander. The process of viewing property to rent is a task no one enjoys. However dealing with Orchards and Richard Tann made this process much easier to handle. I contacted Orchards of London regarding some of their available flats for rent, I was shown various apartments by a few of their letting consultants, they were all friendly, approachable, professional and also pretty helpful. One of the consultants (Kevwe Uwotu) did stand out from the other ones I had viewings with. I had provided them all with my requirements in terms of what I was looking for, and Kevwe was able to show me some lovely properties that were bang on what I was looking for. (We did place an offer on one of the first places he showed me.) He also managed to answer any queries I had about the various properties I was shown or followed up pretty swiftly if he didn't have the information to hand. I would use Orchards of London again if I was looking in the same area for a property to rent or buy based on my recent experience with them..

During this period I dealt with a couple of large corporate agents who tend to come over very enthusiastic but brash and did not experience the level of attention that one might receive from a smaller independent agents such as Orchards.
