I have been renting my flat in London with GMS for more than 5 years. After years of dealing with grumpy and unprofessional landlords, it was a relief to finally engage with friendly, helpful, pro-active professionals. GMS takes very good care of their properties and whenever I had issues with my washing machine or other appliances in the flat, they were very quickly addressed. I could not be happier regarding how my flat is managed by GMS.

Best landlords! We have been with GMS for the past 4 years, they have always been very reactive, responsive, accommodating and uncomplicated. The flats are gorgeous - super modern, of high spec, but still have a lot of character, and the public areas are very well and regularly monitored and maintained by GMS. We are very lucky to have found them and a place we could truly call home for the past 4 years. We can't recommend them enough!
