We’ve rented one property managed by Golden Eagle and we’re very satisfied about it. As three international students, finding a place to stay was a challenging process but they’ve helped us in every step of the rental process and they’ve been very responsive. Management of the property is very nice and professional, and they can also provide services such as cleaning. Much recommended .

We've rented an 2-bed room apartment with Golden Eagle. We both are happy with Shahbaz service. He made every rental processes easier. However, we experienced some issues with maintenance team. They are not responsive, and have a very long and delay service time. Also, some issues still have not been solved till now. In summary, Golden Eagle is very professional and Shahbaz is very helpful, but they would get 5 stars if they can improve their maintenance service.

I visited London this month was May and my stay at Bryanston Apartments was an excellent reception and will give my opinion on the residence after the completion of a period of residence note that the apartment is very clean and similar to the images displayed Morning or good evening for all as previously and that described my experience in reaching the place of residence in London, specifically Cumberland Court and how was the good reception and arrange all the necessary talking about the period of stay after the completion of the period of residence almost ten days arranged by Ruben which was a pleasant experience in this accommodation, which featured location and proximity to all points of interest and close to the famous Oxford Street, I would advise anyone who visited London to enjoy the experience of living in this unique housing loved the participation of all my experience with them distinctive, and I wish all happiness accept the nicest greeting

GEI has been a tremendous help in finding the impossible property to rent. We were looking for a short let, 6 months, with immediate occupation, super difficult to find, let alone to find one which you like. Shahbaz was extremely helpful in finding a place we liked and then worked diligently to make it happen under a very tight deadline, which he successfully did. Today I was locked out of my room, I called up the emergency number with in 25 minutes they came with spare key and opened my door for the room. I would like to thanks Joe for the favour of coming to help me out of office hours.

Although my flatmate and I were satisfied with the service overall, we were a little bit disappointed during move out. The lady who had shown us the flat to move in and had been very helpful then, was suddenly impolite. We believed they overcharged for small things. When asked why they charge so much they replied that they need to charge for the time of the person who goes to buy the stuff and we were told that if we did not like the price we could go buy it from the supermarket. However, I want to clarify that in the end they did not charge for 20% service which they normally do, possibly because we complained that they had been impolite. Joe and George and the maintenance team are very helpful and friendly. They care for customer satisfaction and are very quick with contracts, moving in, checking inventory etc making the whole apartment hunting and moving in process a lot easier. I have also had to contact them after the end of the tenancy and Joe was very helpful and quick to respond.

I just recently moved in to one if the rooms Golden Eagle advertised, Shahbaz was the agent doing my paperwork, viewing and organised all the maintenance jobs. They're are super professional, helpful and friendly. The flats are modern and very clean, I literally love the place and the location of it. Would 100% recommend this agency you won't regret it.
