G&H recently sold my 3 bed flat in Lindfield Gardens. Louisa and the team stuck at the task with enthusiasm and gave solid advice. I awarded them with an exclusive mandate to sell the house which turned out to be a good idea. They worked hard to achieve an offer at the level I wanted and then followed the sale process through to completion very closely fixing problems as and when they occurred. I have bought and sold around 20 properties and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From our first meeting, Nibs assisted with a realistic achievable valuation; gave good and sensible advice for small jobs to be done around the house to maximise value and minimise sales time; and was always in communication with us.
