I can't praise our sales agent Kevin Sowah enough. We're so thankful we went with Gordon & Co - without them, I genuinely don't think we'd have successfully sold our flat. Kevin had an excellent knowledge of our building, the local market, and helped us to price the flat perfectly (unlike our previous agent who suggested a price 40% higher, and then ghosted us). Kevin found a buyer who offered the asking price. Kevin also gave us great advice on how to market the flat and the best approach to receive offers. We had a good frequency of viewings, and Kevin kept us updated with a regular update call. Keep up the great work!

We have been dealing with Kevin Sowah at Gordon & Co Battersea who represented us selling our shared ownership flat through two very strange climates - initially through Brexit and a General Election, and now in the midst of a pandemic. We finally moved into our new shared ownership flat this week, and one of the first things we want to do is leave a glowing review for Kevin and Gordon & Co. Many factors of this sale (and likewise, the purchase of a new shared ownership flat) were already hugely complicated by their very nature - having to do a lease extension and staircasing, and dealing with the bureaucracy of shared ownership is complicated and longwinded. But add to this the extenuating circumstances; trying to track down furloughed or remote workers at housing associations, solicitors, the council and liaising across a string of selling or owning parties, sometimes unavailable for long periods, and you have an very trying situation. However, Kevin was at all times available, good natured and humoured, able to solve problems as quickly as possible, even though he really was dealing with a huge amount on our behalf on a daily and sometimes SEVERAL daily basis :) We also haven't yet mentioned that even in these crazy times when people were more and more advising not to be involved in the housing market right now, we sold our flat for ABOVE the asking price. Thanks so much, we are glad we found you!

I got in touch with Gordon&Co when my girlfriend and I were interested in flats opening up within a specific building/property for which they were the preferred letting agency, and Jade (Moeller) was my first point of contact. I expressed to her that we had narrowed down our search and were basically just waiting for one of the flats to free up.
