Very impressive agency! Just purchased a flat through them, working with Oskar and Dan. Friendly, approachable and despite a few unexpected issues with the property and also solicitors, these guys were superb, very patient and kept chasing people and keeping my updated. Having bought many properties in my time, this experience ranks amongst the best. Thank you for all your hard work, it's really appreciated!

Highly recommended! I cannot thank Becky enough for her dedication in helping us find a flat to rent. From the very beginning to end, she was such a pleasure to work with, always very friendly and professional. Incredible service, very responsive and attentive!!! I was in an extreme rush to get a place in London. Over a period of 2 weeks, I had contacted over 30 agents and most of them were extremely difficult to reach, unresponsive, etc. However, I was very happy with my experience with glp. My agent, Marcus Williams, was very helpful, reassuring, compassionate and optimistic. I had an incredible experience viewing properties with him even though I was very stressed out at the time. He really did care about my opinion and what I wanted from a property and was honest with me - which in my opinion is very rare in the real-estate business. Although in the end, due to personal reasons, I went with another accommodation option, I still 100% recommend glp.

Everything ran smooth once I found a place and I moved in within 2 weeks with no issues. Susie made sorting all the process easy and even helped when I had an issue with movers on the day I went to collect the keys! Had a few difficulties with paper work at the beginning. A lot of back and fourth with an agent. Eventually that agent went to a higher up and issue was resolved with approach I recommended at beginning. Thought my property manager was great. Very friendly and quick response, but I have lived in Frat houses cleaner than the flat I moved into.

Possibly the only pleasant experience with state agencies that I have ever had. All staff we dealt with was extremely nice and professional, worried about their clients without trying to rip you off all the time. Very transparent with all fees and services charged. When we signed the contracts they offered us a 'welcome' pack with a few gifts that are obviously symbolic but clearly demonstrate a different attitude/service than other agencie. Totally recommend it.

I want to say a huge thank you to Shanaz for helping me finding an amazing flat. I needed to secure a flat quickly and because I couldn’t physically see the flats I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to find one. My friend who has used GLP before recommended Shanaz as they said she was phenomenal- and they were absolutely right!! She was so considerate, kind and patient. She sent me so many properties and video tours, she made sure they were thorough videos inside and outside of the flat. If I had any questions, she would get back to me ASAP. We have recently rented an apartment with GLP. I have to say, a very friendly and serious company. Maureen let us view the apartment twice, she was very nice and accommodating. Without her advise we wouldn't have even noticed the apartment. The referencing and contract stipulation processes were instead managed by Aisling Keating. She was very kind and helpful, and everything went very smoothly. Much better than what we were expecting. Overall, I would definitely suggest renting with GLP.

Unlike other letting agents, GLP cares. I contacted a few other letting agents before who were all very cold and unhelpful. As I was abroad, calling letting agents during their “prime letting time”, end September, was very annoying. I had to call multiple times during the day to get the right person on the line as the one designated person was always out of office for viewings, they had promised me to call me back but never did, or told me the property has already been let and they had send me other alternatives who were either 1) in worse of a condition or 2) much more expensive. This was definitely not the case with GLP. My friend in the UK helped me call the office, got referred to Shanaz who whatsapped me right away with all that I needed, despite being on a viewing. I asked her a lot of questions about the property and within a day, I placed an offer electronically. She worked over hours, to get my offer to the landlord as soon as possible, as I was quite anxious about it being let by someone else. The next day the landlord accepted the offer. Shanaz helped me a lot even after the offer being made. She helped me getting the required documents together (with was quite a struggle for me as first time renter) as well as accommodating me with other special needs. I could always contact her and she always replied quick. She’s the most lovely and helpful agent I know, and would definitely recommend her to all my friends.
