I sold my apartment through Greenwich Peninsula Sales and Lettings. Throughout the process Stuart and Ignazio went the extra mile in overcoming the various hurdles that cropped up. Being an overseas seller, their willingness to chase solicitors, the management company and even the buyer to obtain documents was vital in ensuring a timely conclusion of the sale. I recently completed the purchase of a property through Greenwich Peninsula. Having viewed more than 30 other properties and met numerous agents, I wanted to emphasise that the GP sales agents are the most professional I've come across. In particular, Ignazio Maniscalchi and Stuart Baillie have been amazingly helpful from the very beginning. Ignazio is very attentive, informative and dedicated. During viewings he's very patient in answering my questions and would always follow-up afterwards in a speedy manner. He also very kindly showed me around upon completion. Stuart is very responsive and clear in his communication, supporting me throughout the process from the point of offer, which includes dealing with difficult solicitors and always keeping me updated, undoubtedly alleviating my stress throughout the process. I was doing all of the move remotely from Newcastle so was very apprehensive as I wouldn't be able to view the properties easily or meet in person. My enquiry was followed up by Antonia Lenham who is such a credit to the company, from the get go she made sure to keep me informed, and even went on her day off to get some videos to send me so that I could 'virtually' see the property. I think in this current climate especially the ability to not have to be there to view the property was a massive plus. Antonia was then consistent in updating me with room layouts, and was very professional. It eased my worries doing it on my own. The whole onboarding process was very straightforward. There was no excess paperwork, everything could be done via email. Greenwich Peninsula is certainly leading the way for how a modern day sales and lettings company should be. Antonia was attentive, confident and certainly knew her properties and area she went above and beyond in ensuring that I wasn't out the loop and on the day the properties were released she was straight on the phone working hard to ensure I got the one I wanted. And then the transition to Naomi as property manager was just as smooth, Naomi ensured that even on move in day when there was a hiccup with keys she was again responsive via email and phone. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and team. There was no hidden tactics, clear explanation about charges, costs and explanation of how things work. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and lack of furniture this has been dealt with well. Im sure there will things that come up which can't be anticipated but im confident that the team would handle well.

Where to even begin! This review is nearly two years overdue, which is a testament to GP and Antonia, as my compliments and gratitude have not waned! From the very first moment we inquired with GP, Antonia was attentive, kind and patient with what we needed and was authentically passionate about all the Peninsula had to offer. It was/is our first time renting, and Antonia quelled any fears or anxieties we had and was a gem. Far from the stereotypical pushy estate agent, Antonia just wants what's best for you and makes the journey something to be excited about. Since moving in, we have requested Antonia's services a couple of times. Although neither instances ended up with us actually moving, Antonia dedicated time to our search and was incredibly helpful (as usual!). I cannot recommend Antonia enough, and I'm so grateful for all her help, knowledge and kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Since we've been living in Upper Riverside (December 2019), Rahwa, our property manager, has also been great in listening to our issues and feeding these back promptly to the landlord. Rahwa has also been very helpful in organising any necessary repairs. Overall, it has been a pleasure living on Upper Riverside, and we owe that to Greenwich Peninsula Lettings. They are a rare gem in the London housing market, and we are very grateful to have found them!

They were incredibly reactionary to any issues we had come across (and there weren't many), and were always lovely, polite and engaging. When we moved out, they offered us to view other places they currently have available and also made sure that any viewings at our flat were kept to a minimum during times of covid. I also wanted to leave a special thank you to Katie Grimwood, our property manager, who dealt with any requests with an incredibly positive can do attitude and always made time for the residents. The property at the Greenwich Peninsula was spectacular, with beautiful views, overall finishings and great concierge service and amenities. Can't think of a nicer place to live!
