I’ve just sold my flat with Haart and the Colindale team and I’ve had a truly brilliant experience. From the very start to completion they have been truly professional in their approach and I feel as if ive had a customized service the whole way through. Mr Atul Sharma from the very offset visited me at my property and gave me a very accurate market valuation followed me a variety of marketing strategies explaining how they work. After that he carefully extracted key information from me to help determine which strategy we should follow and why. It was as a direct result of his approach that we could successfully market the property at the correct price and therefore attract lots of interest and viewings. From there onwards, Emmanuel and Arlind were fantastic in carrying out viewings at my property. They were always very professional, polite and punctual. They made the clients feel welcome, relaxed and open to ask questions during viewings which played a huge role in allowing clients to feel free and relaxed when viewing my property. Emmanuel & Arlind were always accurate with responses to questions clients had and always pointing out the key features of the property. I really enjoyed working with them both and really struck up a good friendship. Finally, at offer stage, this is where Haart really came into their own via negotiating respectfully on my behalf to attain the best outcome for both parties. I really felt listened to during the negotiation and not forced into anything I didn’t want to do. Again, Atul was quick to provide a list of options to me and coached me through my decision-making process. All in all the experience has been smooth & seamless. After selling my property I bought another one at the same time for rent, which Haart were quick to help with yet again via referring me to the Harrow branch (Nishi & Sam...brilliant) where they were quickly able to find a tenant to move in straight away. It’s clear to me that Haart is the agent of choice time and time again for me and my family and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They think big, see the bigger picture and offer way more value than other small estate agents in the area because Haart are a larger organisation but also because their staff are good people, well trained and have integrity.

We dealt mainly with Emmanuel Adesanmi at the Colindale branch of Haart. He was always available, kept us up-to-date with clear information and provided us with much needed advice. I recommend him highly. Unfortunately the office's sales manager, Lia Demetriou, was rarely able to help. She did occasionally provide an update, usually when other parties had sorted things out already. Finally, the branch manager (Vasil? - I never caught his name properly) became aggressive and rude when our buyer was holding up the sale. The matter was in the hands of solicitors and estate agents at the time, we didn't have any dealings with our buyer directly, so there was nothing we could do. We shared the manager's frustration , but felt that his manner was uncalled for.
