Speaking of which, Joanna Gregoriou is an absolute asset to the team and if it wasn’t for her, then I doubt we would have had the progress/end result we desired. It felt as though she was really empathetic and understanding towards us as first time buyers and was excellent in her communication throughout. This came as a refreshing change to Rolanda, who was dealing with our case first. She was passive aggressive in her responses to us and didn’t seem to have our interests at heart. She seemed very desperate to get the sale across- at whatever cost- and the level of care seemed to disappear.
