Mukesh was at the end of the phone nearly perfectly every time even messaging me whilst he was away on holiday, i can’t fault him and how attentive to me he was through out the whole process which was more complicated than normal due to various reasons! The only reason I didn’t add a 5th star is that I felt at times I was being told things that turned out to be rather large issues, IE damp proofing were simply down to condensation etc but I assume this was to help sell the property and to ease my concerns! I’m glad I did some more digging!!! my advice to anyone purchasing is to go with your gut and get extra surveys done in detail even if advised that the problems aren’t necessarily going to be costly, Saved myself 10 thousand in damp fees! In Mukesh’s defence when the problems came back he negotiated a price drop very efficiently and metaphorically held my hand right to the end!

J. v.This was my first time selling a property. I was a first time buyer and bought the property nearly 6 years ago, so there was little emotional attachment as well but I knew I wanted to sell. From the get go Haart put me at ease and explained the process very carefully with neutral advice (not a "sell sell sell!" approach). Mukesh was very easy to talk to and very patient. I had met other agents as well but there was a tendency to really sell other parts of their business very strongly (financial planning, mortgage advice etc) when we met and I did not encounter this with Haart. In that sense the decision to list was an easy one. Mukesh came around and took photo's almost immediately (after waiting for the right weather) and they looked great. They really helped to sell the property and showed off the improvements I had made over the years. It was also proven in the results. Several viewings took place and within 3 weeks from listing I had accepted an offer. This was particularly impressive given the state of the market (November 2018). I had neighbours on the same road, for instance, who sat on the market for months. The conveyancing process was challenging at times because we were in a big chain (again a first experience for me), however Haart kept me up to date consistently and explained all the steps along the way. Whenever I called Mukesh was available or almost immediately called me back if he was at a viewing. I never felt like I had to chase them to come back to me. Whether it be by phone or email, we always had updates and they were always available. I was not passed from one agent to another, it was handled very professionally and they deserve every penny of the commission they earned. I was able to join the group viewing for the flat the day of the viewing with no hassle; Justina preauthorised my card before the viewing so if I decided on viewing that I wanted the property I could put down a deposit the following morning; she answered every single one of my questions and was swift in ensuring the landlord accepted our offer.
