All in all, I had a very smooth experience with Haart, particularly with Ashu Priya. She was available immediately every time I contacted and answered any questions or queries I had with patience and understanding. I've communicated with many estate agents and Ashu is definitely one of the best I've had. She very much put me at ease and actioned things accurately and efficiently. Some of the methods used by Haart were slightly unconventional such as the key to the property being left in the room rather than handed to the tenant; and no new inventory being performed. Although these may have been decisions made by the landlord, I wonder if there's a standard that might be worth pushing more from Haart. That being said, I would recommend Haart to friends.

Just like the king of pop himself, Bille-Lee had me and my partner dancing when we managed to seal the perfect property within a matter of hours. Its always been a bit of a headache finding properties in London in my recent experience but she knew everything about the area and local connections as well as the landlord which put my mind at ease. I've recently let a flat through Haart which I'm due to move in to soon. The service has been brilliant from both Ash and Codeika. Within minutes of registering Ash called and offered me a same day viewing to a flat that fit all of my requirements (after being shown so many that didn't match from other estate agents in the area). Codeika greeted me at the viewing and gave me advice on the tenancy and landlord to help me understand what sort of offer I needed to make. She was quick and efficient in arranging a second viewing, and has coordinated all of the paperwork and admin associated with our offer with great communication as well as regular providing updates. She's been able to secure what we needed from the landlord with minimum effort on our part also. I'd recommend Haart, as well as Codeika and Ash if you are looking to rent.

I’ve had the best experience with Haart streatham. They deserve an award for the hard work they’ve put in to help me with my references especially and to get my flat. Maliha showed me the apartment, she was so lovely and helpful and soon as I told her I love the apartment, she made sure it was on hold for me, so no one else gets the flat. She helped me to sort out all my work and financial references in the office, since I’ve never done that before. When my old landlady caused some issues with the reference, Jamaal spent a lot of time going back and forth talking to her and the reference company to make sure the reference is passed.
