We have reached Haart because we were very interested in one of their flats that we saw online. We contacted them as soon as we saw the ads and a few hours later Aaron, our estate agent, contacted us and proposed us to have a visit. We loved it so we directly payed a holding deposit and then everything was done super fast and very professionally. In about a few days everything was settle and we could move in. The only 'con' I would say is, the day we should have moved in, it was supposed to be on the morning, eventually due to some circumstances we were only able to move in late at night. But Aaron stayed until we could get the keys, he has been very helpful from the beginning until the end and even after, if we have any questions we can always reach him easily and he always gives us the answers we need. Thanks to Aaron we had a good and professional experience.

I moved to the U.K. a little over 12 months ago from the U.S. and I could never have imagined how big of an adjustment it would be, especially when it came to letting a home.
