Hemptons recently found tenants for our home in Muswell Hill which we rent while living overseas. I had the good fortune of coming across Hamptons in Muswell Hill after a particularly bad experience with Martyn Gerard of Finchley. I got a valuation from a number of other agents in the area before deciding that Hamptons was the one and that was the best decision I have made in a long long time. From word go I was impressed with Mark Collins and his kind, empathic, knowledgable, genteel and no rush approach. There was non of the arrogant, dismissive, badgering approach of most of the other agents I had met. And after meeting Chris Mullin the branch manager it made sense why the whole team seemed to be a cut above the rest of the estate agent fraternity. I am not normally one to gush but they made what is normally one of life’s most stressful experiences an actual pleasure. Mark kept me up to date religiously.
