He carried me through weeks of attempting a difficult transatlantic rental starting in the quarantine period of covid, and singularly made it happen against considerable odds. He was truthful, super-competent, always in touch, great on advice to the unwitting North American, and did not condescend or fail me in communications over many weeks. His support for my choice of rental extended to reserving the first view, being faithful to my decision, working with a friend of mine nearby in viewing, liaising with the landlord over weeks in my absence, and even being sure a crucial, new piece of furnishing was there when I arrived from Heathrow. For those searching from a distance, or up close in W11 or W2, Will is your most preferred agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
