Hamptons helped us with the sale of a flat near Tower Bridge. The ownership position was challenging to say the least but at all times Alex and Charlotte were incredibly helpful and always professional in their approach.

Antony has been helpful throughout the process, really appreciate his help. The property itself is nice and fairly priced, unlike the others we saw (seen at least 20 properties around here). He was straightforward in helping to negotiate a seemingly good deal relative to some prospective tenants who went through another agency. He was pragmatic in recommending handymen to get the flat ready for the tenancy, and - with James Isaac - dealt patiently and professionally with a very frustrating project to replace the flooring. Over the years we have undertaken many property transactions and this is the first time we have had an outstandingly positive experience with an estate agent. We were extremely lucky to have Alex oversee the purchase of our first property. As first time buyers buying a flat in London, we were a bit nervous/unsure before coronavirus even hit! The whole team were very professional and helpful but Alex in particular was outstanding.
From the first viewings, Alex was really clear with us, answered all of our questions (including the silly ones!) promptly and fully, and went out of his way to help us along the process. Back in June I decided to interview a number of lettings firms due to the fact my property's standing tenancy was coming to an end and wanted to try a new firm. I saw and spoke to associates from 4 different estate agents, all reputable and well established. As expected, they were all actually very good, but the stand out associate was Jack Morris from the Tower Bridge office of Hamptons International Estate Agents.
Attention to detail, professionalism and all round interpersonal skills were excellent and most importantly, NO B*LLSH*T...Working with and making property work, whilst far from being "Rocket Science", does require a degree of knowledge AND understanding of the market sector in question.
Not only was Jack clearly in command of all the salient information that was required, it was passed on clearly and without any hint of 'aeration'.
At every stage of the process, I was both kept informed and consulted. Jack was able to find me a client unit suited to the property I was intending to let and at a fair price in line with market rates.
If Jack's work and ethic are an indication of the standard required of all associates at Hamptons, then I safely say this firm will definitely feature highly on my list when it comes to re-letting in the future. If you're anything like me you probably don't particularly like estate agents very much, it seems like they are a necessary but unwelcome part of house transactions...if we want to sell or buy a house we have no real choice but to use them, and tolerate countless calls from Foxtons telling us that they could sell the property at an even bigger price. So it's a bit of a surprise to me that I find myself writing a review of Will and his team on Shad Thames, sure there were frustrations and plenty of hot air, but that aside, they did a really good job.
They more than earned their commission once the sales ( I was selling two flats )had been agreed as they skilfully juggled the needs and demands of the buyers and an extremely impatient seller( that's me ) to bring both transactions to a satisfactory and timely conclusion.

As a first time buyer there are a plethora of agents looking to provide services and more importantly opinions (objectivity impaired of course). Working with Will Wisbey was a pleasure and refreshing experience, someone who provides advice when asked and his opinion on the market was objective, honest and portrayed reality. I viewed other properties offered by other agents and there was a fine divide between; 1) agents with a serious laissez-faire attitude (clearly too many interested parties to care), 2) agents that would constantly bombard you with calls and emails (wanting an offer but then never getting back to you). Will struck a great balance and on reflection Hamptons (Shad Thames) is a class outfit. He recognised that spending a serious amount of money requires a serious amount of thought, negotiation and due diligence. Naturally as this was my first purchase there was a lot of negotiating, pondering and hesitation (4.5 months to close) all of which Will took in his stride. He was mindful of both vendor and purchaser and always ensured to please both parties as best he could. The way in which Will conducted the transaction was exemplary and I would certainly recommend and if chance has it, work with him again!

I was introduced to him in June 2016 by one of Hamptons' overseas agents, my property administrator had retired after 20 years' service and a lot of work was needed to give the property a fresh face-- for the past 2 years Mr Isaac has been patiently guiding me through awkward tenancy renewals, tedious property re-furnishing which were time consuming ( by phone or email) and without monetary gain. Finally, the property was re-let earlier this year. In the process of choosing a tenant, I was at a loss with quality proposals but eventually chose the second highest bidder.
Mr Isaac respected my choice and did not coax me into accepting the one with the best offer. He and his team did not mind explaining things to me to iron out differences in cultural background , mindsets , so that I can see things to the best of my interests. A lot of advice did not cover Lettings alone, but also apply to other aspects of property ownership in London.
