We put our flat with Hamptons to sell and we're extremely disappointed with the number of viewings. The price they originally valued the property at generated little interest so they quickly recommended dropping the price. Even after this we struggled to get interest. I felt they were not as proactive as could have been. I transferred the property to a different agent where it was again marketed at the original value and it sold very quickly after getting double the number of viewings in half the time. Overall I just didn't feel like our property mattered to them.
