Finding the perfect apartment in central London is very stressful, especially for a student. I was very impressed by the professionalism of workers in Hamptons agency. Having Hannah Nijsten as an agent helped me a lot and found a perfect apartment, that satisfied all my requests in a very short time. She gave a lot of useful advices with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend her as an agent and would stick to this agency, if I need an apartment again.

Before bumping into Hamptons while I was walking in Mayfair, I had an exhausting experience with other Real Estate Agencies for different reasons. From promoting Apartments that don't fit my request to problems in regard to accommodating suitable viewing time for me, the Client.
At Hamptons after I had put my request, I found the Apartment that fits my description at first viewing. I might be lucky too with the Agent, Hannah. Whom was very enthusiastic and responsive and did not try to pressure me towards a decision like other Agents from other Companies tried to do. Even after signing the contract and moving into the Apartment, Hannah continued her help on any Apartment related issues. Which normally may arise on the first two weeks after moving in.

I found Hamptons International through the recommendation of a colleague, after I had almost given up hope not only of ever finding a decent flat in the W1 postcode, but also of ever meeting an estate agent who wasn't trying to hustle me out of every penny I had. Over the previous two weeks, I'd been stood up, ignored, and directly lied to - all in between schlepping across zone 1 to view properties that looked great in photos but in person bore a strikingly close resemblance to the run down University accommodation I lived in more than 15 years ago.
Then, I met Aaron. He was straightforward and accommodating, and instead of showing me a bunch of stuff I hated, he was honest about the tradeoffs I'd have to make to find something I loved at the price I wanted. And, when I did love the first flat he showed me, he helped negotiate the price I needed to make it work.
Chantelle, the Lettings Manager, stepped in when the documents became official and was equally pleasant and professional.
All in all, everyone at Hamptons International made the entire process enjoyable and easy, even when I was being complicated and difficult. And, because of them, I'm now lucky enough to call an absolutely beautiful flat in the heart of Mayfair my home.
If you want to avoid the painful, frustrating, and time-sucking runaround that has become all but synonymous with flat-hunting in London, skip the other jokers and make Hamptons International your first call.
