I highly recommend the estate agents, Harding Green. They have detailed local knowledge and a great deal of experience. Their approach is practical and flexible, and they are excellent at communicating with the client during the sale or purchase process. My original introduction to Matthew Alexander, of Harding Green, came about through good friends of mine who had sold a high-quality property in Pimlico as a result of his high-quality - and evidently very successful - services in this respect. I committed to him and his entity during the recent market low period, which had proved very testing and discouraging for a number of estate agents, regardless of specialisation, profile and regional expertise in London. Matthew introduced a significant number of promising and realistic viewers - a number of whom I met personally - very soon after the mandate to HG was confirmed, and he succeeded, after a reasonable period which proved far shorter than I had anticipated, to come up with a firm bidder to whom I sold the property - at a gratifying 7-digit price - following a straightforward passage through the usual formalities. It was clear to me that the buyer - as was and remains true of me, as well and equally so - was impressed by his courteous, attentive and knowledgeable approach, remaining available and committed throughout the normal process yet without exerting pressure nor evident expectations of the 'bustling' kind which is known to deter interested parties who are actively 'chivvied' throughout the viewing process and period to the point at which the become fatigued and overwhelmed, withdrawing the interest which might well otherwise have matured for the best. II certainly value - and highly recommend - the professional approach with evident and salient sector experience and expertise on the part of Harding Green and specifically of Matthew Alexander to anyone seeking an agency and an agent prominent in the field and naturally capable of achieving success in any and every relevant respect regarding property transactions and all that goes with and before them.
