Overall great experience finding a place with this agency. After spending 3 whole months at an Airbnb and going on several viewings every week my agent Suzana helped me find a beautiful home in the space of 1 week. She was great in answering questions around the clock as well as outlining all the positives AND negatives of each place so I could make an informed decision. Appreciated the transparency - give her a raise!

I have been living in a house of this agency for 1 year and 8 months now and I am so happy that even good job offers far away I refuse them in order not to move home! I have a double en-suite, in a house with 7 rooms, each with its own bathroom, living room, garden, huge kitchen. Even my roommates changed little often because they feel comfortable and I noticed during the viewings that all the real estate agents showed the house, but they also paid attention to the person if it could be a good match for the harmony of the house, this means that they take care of their roommates !! My real estate agent is Matteo who occasionally asks me if everything is okay at home, it sounds strange that he is the one who cares about his tenants, right? In a city like London where the expectations are to rent a room and be abandoned in the problems that these houses give us ... The only flaw that has happened in this time that I live here is the broken TV, which during the Lockdown is not the maximum, but Matteo immediately set to work to replace him and as for anything else and at any time he is always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend this agency, if Matteo is the mirror of the professionalism and care with which they work.

The agency has a decent houses to live. Most of them refurbished with cheap material but so far ok. Do not expect a palace. The problem is to talk with someone in the agency when you have some problem, no one try to help and solve your problem. In my case I requested some repairs in my room and they took more than a month to start fix it. They said that we have a cleaner but passed 4 months living here I never saw a cleaner here.

I moved to London from India in October 2020. Due to the Covid crisis I was restricted to finalize a room to rent through online viewing. I met online many estate agents and saw many rooms till I came across a property in East Acton. The associated agent to the property is Matteo working with Hart and Co. I am happy to share that my experience was the most finest till now. First of all, he delivered as he told me. From the location to the property condition, the quality of products, room space along with attachments and furniture with the room. It all felt too good to be true but when I arrived I must say all my expectations were met beyond par. Everything from receiving me in the office upon my arrival from India to a smooth and quick handover of room and help in settling-in was a warm and comforting experience. I felt a lot of jitters as anyone who's leaving his home and coming to a foreign nation would, especially in this overwhelming pandemic but not once I was denied any assistance. I wish Matteo and Hart & Co much success and happy clients. Good Luck!

I rented a house with my friends this past year through Hart & Co, and we had a great experience renting with them. At the very beginning, Adrien was very helpful with arranging viewings for me of the property. I did two viewings before confirming and Adrien was very patient throughout the entire process. When moving in, we did have a couple teething problems in relation to getting some furniture which was due to a delay in the landlord's response. Anne and Sharon were helpful and professional throughout this though, and kept us regularly updated. The rest of the year went smoothly, we did have a few minor repairs here and there but Anne and Sharon continued to be very responsive throughout. Due to different location requirements, we did end up moving out at the end of our contract but had a great experience renting with Hart & Co. Thank you to the team for providing us with a pleasant renting experience.

This is an estate agency who have shown extreme excellence in providing first class and outstanding customer support. Superb guidance from day one. I bought my house with their help back in 2012. Sold my property with them this month. They listened and explained carefully the whole process ...fees, timescales and options too. I had approached another estate agent in shepherds bush who where not fair (rubbish actually) and were only after money instead of providing a customer service. Hart, unlike "D" , great throughout and came good. I highly and unreservedly recommend this excellence and outstanding establishment. I will visit them again in the future too. A nice team to work with. I'm using their services since 2014. We had several issues with the property during this time, ( the flat was newly refurbished by the landlord and just taken over by the agency. Little that they knew how many issues will come in their way at the very short time after we moved in , down to poor building/ refurbishment done by the company used by the landlord) but they've done their best to fix it. They are all nice to talk with , even sometimes things can take more time to be fixed than expected. If you manage to talk with Stephen, you can be sure he will try his best. Sharon and Alina lovely to talk to and be reassured that they will pass the messages. Recently we had to change the door's lockers as I'm living in a little dangerous area. Pawel , from the maintenance team, is turned out to be like family member now. Always prompt, efficient, professional and going extra miles to fix anything. Previously he fixed our shower leakage, changing washing machine, checked on some other plumbing issues. I don't have to be at home, I know he knows the flat and he will fix it. Thank you!
