My view of estate agents, before instructing Haus was quite low, and I was thinking about instructing a fee free company. That being said, I do believe in most cases that you get what you pay for. So I decided to instruct Haus, because all my dealing with them were one of friendly professionalism. From me phoning them to view a property they had on their books, and every phone call thereafter, everybody I spoke with were really friendly, professional and really I cannot fault them. The brochures they have printed, are one of the nicest brochures I have ever seen, when selling a house, (I have sold 12 over the years). Anyway, I would highly highly recommend to anybody. Will definitely use again.

Haus far exceeded the expectations I had for dealing with estate agents as a first time buyer. Going in with only negative rental experiences with other agents I was not expecting such a positive experience. I mainly dealt with Becca who managed the process really well for me. She always made time for our many requests and was efficient and proactive with all the queries we had. I also had some support from James and he was great too. The advice I got from them was honest, & measured throughout the process and I felt that both my interests and the interests of the seller were balanced very well. I would have no hesitations recommending them to a friend and they will be the first people I approach if I ever come to sell/buy again.

Great service from Haus. From initial marketing, through viewings and into the offer process, the team are focussed on doing the best job to make sure you get the best deal on your property. Steve, Tom and Rebecca were always on hand whenever I needed them, and were extremely responsive and proactive throughout the whole selling experience. They really do care about their clients and I would highly recommend them as agents to sell a property, I would definitely use them again.

Haus are simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with! I am a landlord with a rental property in Chisiwck and have now used Haus to rent the property for the 3rd time. The experience of working with Haus and on this occasion, the exceptionally talented Laura, have repeatedly been a pleasure. I wrote a review 2 yrs ago about how happy I was with the complete level of service. I should now quantify this to not only being the talented Laura in finding tenants but also the back office staff who deal with billing and service queries as they arise. As a landlord I am completely satisfied that they have all parties interests at heart. Well done Team Haus once again> I will keep on recommending you!

The boys at Haus are just brilliant. Endlessly kind and helpful, in my opinion they're forging a new way forward in the property market. They give impartial, wise and intelligent advice, which (and this is the important bit) will benefit YOU and not just them. Every Haus outfit is full of smiles, they aren't annoyingly pushy and you are guaranteed to have an excellent experience. Oh and they are honest and trustworthy too. AND the office in Shepherd's Bush has a swing.
