L.I recently purchased a house through Havilands and have been so impressed with their service, communication and expertise. Jack went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. His honesty, his knowledge of buildings and the property market itself, his willingness to give straight answers to questions, his reliability, natural integrity and his obvious expertise made our decision process far smoother and clearer. I found his approach very refreshing. The sales/purchase process was managed by Katie and her efficiency, reliability and excellent communication skills were key to completing a smooth purchase. The whole team; Erin, Jay and James were all professional, helpful and friendly. House purchases rarely go smoothly, but with Jack, Katie and the team we had every confidence that they would do their upmost to ensure that everything possible was done to facilitate the purchase. I strongly recommend them!

D. X.The words that come to mind when I think of Jack are Integrity, Great Communicator and Patience. Jack accompanied me on a viewing to a unique property. I was struck by his knowledge of the property and its current history. The viewing wasn’t rushed, in fact Jack encouraged me to take as long as I needed to look around. Jack pointed out many of the special features in the property and to be honest the conversation between us flowed very naturally. Jack encouraged questions; if he didn’t know something he promised to find out. There was a particular feature in the property that concerned me, when I shared this, Jack didn’t fob me off, instead he listened and understood the concern I raised. On my second viewing, I was accompanied by my mum, even though she was not the prospective buyer, I noted his approach towards her was kind and respectful, answering all her questions too; his approach didn’t change. The housing market has been quite frenetic in the last year, it was so refreshing to be given permission by an estate agent, to take my time and think things through
