Michael and Sandip went the extra mile to help me when my boiler broke. My electric boiler broke on a Saturday morning. It was the same week the "Beast from the East" hit the UK with freezing Siberian temperatures and even London was snowed in. So lots of pipeline bursts and issues with power supply, etc. so you can imagine the high demand of plumbers and electricians. So I pictured myself in despertation without hot water for several days. However when I called Martinc&Co, Michael Murphy was extremely considered and helpful, despite being overwhelmed by similar calls. We explored whether we could fix the problem over the phone, but when it was clear we couldn't, he called his colleague Sandip Chander to help me. Sandip was a on a day off but despite that he kindly arrange for someone to come to my flat to fix the problem. He even manage to give me a temptative time I could expect the repairer to come. And on that same Saturday at 6pm, despite the chaos due to the Beast from the East, I got the boiler repaired. So BIG thanks to Michael and especially to Sandip for going the extra mile to help!
