I bought a town house from Henley Homes in 2002 - loved the design and location of the property so much that I and many of my friends and family have since invested in other Henley Homes developments. If you're looking for spacial layouts, designer fittings in often - up and coming areas of London, I thoroughly recommend them.

I have bought a few new builds in my time, from well-known property developers. My recent purchase has been with Henley Homes. To be fair there were a few snags here and there as you would expect with any new build. I contacted Henley Homes to go through my list which they did in more detail when they turned up. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and the way they were snagging my property; much better than the previous developers I’ve bought though. The turnaround time to deal with the snagging was within a month, which was spot-on. I would certainly recommend family and friends to buy from them. Thumbs-up for sure.

Owner-occupier of a Henley Homes 2 bed apartment and have been really pleased with the layout and specification. Beautifully designed with an attention to detail which has lasted, plus they are super helpful with any queries you may have. I would definitely seek their stamp of quality if buying again in the future.

Purchased 2 flats from Henley Homes. One a couple years ago and the 2nd very recently. Never had any issues. We found the build was to a great standard on both properties and their team made the process easy for us from the start to the end. Would definitely recommend for singles, couples and families.

Having bought 2 apartments in the Annie Mcall development in 2014. One apartment I purchased as my home and the other for investment purposes. There were some initial issues when the development was completed, I expected this, as I have bought properties from other developers in the past. Henley Homes after-care handled my concerns in a very efficient and professional manner.

We have been Henley's customers for 15 years and one of their developments has become our long term family home, which we are very proud of. Henley have always been approachable, whenever we needed help or advice. Their pragmatic and helpful attitude is a breath of fresh air in the world of property. Besides, their developments are design focussed, with generously sized rooms and amazing landscape adding extra value.

Not sure why all these negative comments are on here but I’ve dealt with Henley Homes a few times before and experienced an absolutely brilliant service and they have been extremely helpful and professional. Ive bought from and seen other developers Apartment/houses and I’ve found that Henley Homes quality and attention to detail is far more superior than others. In addition I work in the construction industry myself as a quantity surveyor and all this talk of segregation does not necessarily sit with the developer. The housing association who is assigned to any development chooses the spec of the homes that they have employed the developer to build this includes the external works, surrounding areas and landscape, I.e play area. They (the HA) therefore can and generally do choose to pay/include in their spec what access that the HA residents can have and should have to the surrounding areas. The blame here should not necessarily sit with the developer here. It’s just that the Housing association just simply gets what they pay for in many cases. With that being said I would recommend Henley Homes as they have been nothing but brilliant with all my dealings with them.

Recently bought in Barnes Village, absolutely stunning location..superbly finished. Listed building over 150 years old. Saw the site before and after, hence decided to buy here. Property has been refurbished to an extremely high standard..had some minor teething problems, which were handled professionally and promptly. Which is expected due to the age of the building. Surprised at how good the after care service was. I have recommended to my friends to also buy here.
