I had LOTS of bad experiences with estate agents in both London and New York in the past. so going into a sale of my own property, i was dreading the prospects, and was planning to interview and advertise with multiple agents, especially since my situation was very challenging and i needed to sell fast, having to move to another continent very quickly and put my home on the market and trust the agents to resolve it for me while being so far away. But i was lucky that the first agent i met was Tim, who impressed me not only by his knowledge, but also sophistication in behavior that gave me the confidence to choose Anthony Peppe as my sole agent and completely entrust the process to Tim while i already moved out of the country. On top of this, my buyer was also a very nice person, but had a very slow lawyer, so there was lots of uncertainty for me whether they would go through causing some stress... During this whole process Tim managed all sides very professionally and tactfully, with lots of sensibility and intelligence. AP were very efficient from the beginning, organizing very high quality photography and advertising for my apartment and were very responsive during the whole process. I can offer only my highest recommendation for Tim and AP they strike me as way above the standard of London estate agents i worked with in the past...

Especially after I had spoken to extreamly rude man on the phone that didn't want to help me at all, even though I was stil under a one year contract I had signed and payed a lot of money for. An expeience can be really different with depending on who you talk to. I'd recomend you try to have Stephanie as a point of contact if you are signing up with Anthony Pepe.

Our first encounter with Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe was when we first arranged viewing of a flat in London in Feb this year.He then arranged second viewing with our daughter 2 weeks later.Despite pressure from seller he understood our reason for not being able to come to London sooner. On the day of second view the offer was accepted.Then started the roller coaster, emotionally nerve wrecking encounter with the legal system. Over next 10 weeks I reached a point of breakdown and almost where I could not deal with it at all.The files were backwards and forwards between solicitors and there seemed no end to it.Tim in this difficult time was supportive beyond words can describe.His reassurances calmed me down.He was always on top of everything, and was available for us 24/7 via emails and phones,and no matter how many times in a day he recieved my messages his response was always instant.Thanks to him that impossible became possible and we have exchanged contracts today. Dedicated employees these days are very hard to find and Anthony Pepe are extremely lucky to have him.He is an asset to them.We wish him best of luck now and always. Drs Parveen and Shafqat Memon
