Our estate agent Donna Distin went above and beyond in helping our every need, giving us regular feedback whilst our references were being processed and answering any questions we had promptly. She made what is commonly a very tiresome experience a very easy and pleasant one. We love our new home and deeply appreciate the impeccable service we received! Thanks Donna!

We were dealing with Donna Distin. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!
