She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to keep communications between all parties going, including our own solicitor when they were being unresponsive! Recently bought a flat with the help of Sophie from Hobarts, she was extremely professional and helpful at every stage. Standout moments for me were: - really listening to what I wanted, resulting in showing me a “surprise” property which is the one I ended up purchasing - the prep she did to gather answers to frequently asked questions from the sellers before we viewed any properties, which was really helpful for the sale admin - the regular contact and support through the buying process, with quick responses Thanks Sophie, will be back!
