His professional attitude and outstanding photography secured me a letting with the first viewing which was fantastic. His all-round service is really impressive. Not only has he found me a tenant he also helped with providing the details of tradespeople to carry out repair works on the property, as well as liaising with the previous tenant to gain access for quotations. As a landlord who is not in close proximity to my property I felt that he was working in my best interest at all times. He has also been able to assist me with the referencing and contract for a property that was not under his management.
