Despite some scepticism about estate agents in general, I can honestly say that I would recommend H&G because dealing with them has been a straightforward and even enjoyable experience.
Finally, I have to say that I realized H&G were prepared to go beyond the call of duty when John Horton met me at the house 5 minutes after I'd called to say I was having problems with the lock. He not only unlocked the door, he also helped me move 60 boxes that were stored in the attic and then gave me a free H&G umbrella. That's service!

This made working with him much more easy than it had been with some other agents.
