From unserviceable lifts to emergency maintenance during evenings, weekends and holidays, they were always available and took swift action to resolve whatever issue arose. Their genuine personal service included follow-up calls to ensure all issues were resolved to satisfaction. During the pandemic, they went far above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect of an Estate Agency and valued our wellbeing as if we were part of their family.
