The deposit release was done very fast - I have never had such a great experience using an agency. The communication was always great and the move in and move out was perfectly easy! Both Serhan and Vikram have been nothing but a delight during this whole process. They've been patient, forthcoming, honest, straightforward, supportive and understanding – stepping in when needed to help things move along and get to the outcome we all wanted. I am a first time buyer and there was quite a lot of confusion during the process of buying my property. Hunters were extremely helpful and informative. I felt support from them when trying to speed up things with the solicitors and deal with inspections. The communication with my agent- Vikram was easy and fast. His dedication to his job felt very personal, there were times when he was helping me during his days off which was highly appreciated. I was very touched of the nice surprise that they gave me among with the keys collection. Which was another prove of how personal they take their clients. All members of the Lee's office were very kind and friendly. Last but not least, after the sale was done I hade some issues with the boiler, that I wasn't able to handle and Serhan from Hunters helped me massively to organize it all even that it was not their responsibility any more. We sold two properties through Vikram Sandhu, at Hunters in Lee. We were in Vancouver, Canada, and did the whole process from overseas. The properties were first with another agency, who basically did very little and did not progress any sales for many months of wasted time. We then moved over to Vikram because we found him through a google search and looked at his references. Vikram was an absolute star through the whole experience, keeping in touch with us via email and WhatsApp, and dealing with everything in the UK on our behalf. He made numerous recommendations which helped us to move the property and increase the buyer rate of viewing. He also helped us with lots of complications because we were remote from the UK, and worked closely with our UK property solicitor to resolve various technical hitches. We cannot recommend him and his team highly enough, and are truly grateful. If we ever want to buy or sell another property there, we will find Vikram (wherever he is) and get him to deal with the entire exercise for us again. The West Family

Our experience with Avon Property is far from the really negative one star review in this thread. In a nutshell, they are the best estate agent I/we have ever dealt with. I believe they are typically a lettings agent but they occasionally sell properties. In my opinion, they should always sell properties! I found them extremely easy to deal with and were very communicative during the entire process of selling our flat. They went above and beyond. Not only assisting with the sale of our flat, but also with our purchase through Acorn (who were, for lack of a better word, dishonest!) Vikram and Serhan at Avon were a pleasure to deal with and have an HONEST and human connection you don't find with many estate agents. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or let. They also managed to sell our property after only two viewings in two working days. Hats off to them! Thanks for all your persistent hard work during a stressful process guys, you really saved the day and we now have an amazing home thanks to you.
