My agent, Rhea, in particular has been an absolute pleasure and has kept me in the loop with all of their quick progress. What a lovely team of people who have really brought a smile to my face! We were waited on hand and foot right from the beginning when James valued us and signed us up, all the way through Rhea ferrying us around properties, a veritable army coming round to our place so that they knew what they would be selling to prospective purchasers, Jonathan bringing people round and making us laugh. There is constant communication; anyone you speak to in the office knows what is happening with your transaction, instead of one point of contact, you get multiple points of contact all of whom know what is going on, there are frequent updates by phone, the professionalism remains even if I am roaming about in my dressing gown (yes, that did happen). There is no classic estate agent BS and pushiness. I would say you get what you pay for. These guys will work hard for you and we were under offer within a week or so of going online. Thanks gang!

We had to reduce the value twice in order to sell. Having said that, we were selling at a bad time when the market was flooded with similar properties to ours so overall we were pleased to be able to sell at all. Amazing letting experience with Jacksons. We are Americans freshly moved to the London, and while we have rented plenty of places in the US, we had little idea of how to navigate the process in the UK (with a dog too, plus during a national lockdown). And after attempting to contact multiple properties with multiple estate agencies and getting little to no help or response (and getting quite frustrated and discouraged), we luckily found some properties under Jacksons and sent and enquiry, and was contacted back by Keeley within hours. She set up an appointment to show us 4 lovely properties; one we offered on that same day that unfortunately didn't work out, but Keeley, Nick, and everyone at Jacksons were committed to finding us the perfect flat. They set up viewings for us with other Jacksons offices and every agent we met with had the same level of helpfulness and professionalism, and sure enough, they found us the perfect place, helped us step by step through the process, and have been so gracious to help answer all our crazy questions. I am in the process of house hunting - which is stressful and can be overwhelming at times (cramming in as many viewings as you can on a Saturday and/or racing around during the working day to snatch the odd lunch or evening slot). It's not particularly enjoyable and so much money is at stake on a 10 - 15 mins show and tell, HOWEVER, a v lovely agent called Francesca Smith (Streatham Branch) has a fantastic manner about her - relaxed but knowledgable, chilled but professional, personable but not overbearing - she's a great sales woman too as I seem to have stretched my budget somewhat! everything she shows me proves she's listened to what I want and I have faith that she will be a good negotiator for both parties should I be lucky enough to find my onward with Jacksons.
