We have been in letting business bith hotel and short and log term and dealt with many agencies. I must say we have never seen an estate agent and as professional as these guys. Yes, it might sound a contradiction I term but its only the truth. They are probably the most honest and efficient estate agent in the country. Michael at Jaffe Properties was professional and amiable from the outset. We had to sell our late Mother's property as part of the hideous IHT process and Michael could not have been more understanding as we found the overall process quite a challenge on many levels. Whilst there may have been a "deal" on commission advertised at the time of instruction, we met with a few other agents local to Jaffe and all of them were competitive to the hilt - one couldn't wait for me to finish my sentences and all bar one other didn't bother with offering any sympathy over the situation we faced (it pays to listen, people). Jaffe Properties were timely, patient, found a buyer and helped us get through the pandemic to the point of exchange before ultimately completing. This sale was not about the money - we wanted a helping hand in understanding the process and getting through it swiftly and with as little stress as possible. Not only did all the properties fit all our asks, we appreciated that each was well kept. Charlie was very helpful throughout the offer process keeping us informed and working in a very timely manner. Once our offer was accepted, Darryl Jaffe worked with us to complete the paperwork. He was thorough, responsive, and answered all our questions very quickly. Move-in day was a breeze and they even provided a move-in kit. That was a huge bonus for us, as we didn't have anything in the flat and it had many of the essentials we needed to get things ready for our boxes. I should also note that the day we got the flat, we had some questions about the workings in the new space (e.g. how do we open the door to the terrace again?) and after calling the office, Charlie arrived within 15m to help us sort it all out. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!!

I've been renting for 20 years and the British tenancy and rental market is a mess. You get treated like you are lucky to rent the place and are often patronised. Darryl has been my agent for 4 years and seen me through good and bad. I nearly died in my flat 2 years ago with the door being smashed in by the police and Darryl did everything he could to support me and that made it easy to get back in and secure again after not being there for a month. But there are others: boiler fixed swiftly for Xmas, bath unblocked within 12 hours... Darryl is always personable, reliable and prompt.
